Policyholder Services

Alliance National Insurance Company puts emphasis on individual account policyholder service. Before all policies are sent out to our insured clients, they are carefully reviewed by a senior company executive. We strive to ensure that each of our policyholders has a clear understanding of their policy terms, limits and special attachments, where necessary.

Claims Management

Alliance National Claims Department is responsible for managing every phase of the claims process, up to and including litigation management & subrogation recovery. Our tough, no-nonsense approach to claims management is the key to the reduction of claim frequency and severity. This approach has a direct positive effect on our policy holder’s worker’s compensation programs.
